It has been two weeks since I have received an email that I am now CONNECTED to NBN. Since the 31st May 2016 after I was CONNECTED to NBN I am WITHOUT internet and a landline. I have made numerous calls, spoke to many technicians and case managers. They all made promises that I will be online within 48 Hours, and that was every second day that I have phone Telstra to ask why I still don’t have internet. I WAS one of Telstra’s best promoters up until two weeks ago. I believe word of mouth will be your best advertisement. Not anymore though!! I can’t believe that a company of your calibre can promote a new service, motivate people to switch to it and then can’t deliver. WHEN WILL I HAVE INTERNET? HOW ARE YOU GOING TO COMPENSATE FOR THE SERVICE THAT I PAY FOR BUT DON’T HAVE?
