Unable to view data usage on My Account

So Ive been watching a lot of movies lately, I wanted to make sure that we hadn't gone over our data. Went to check, it tells me Sorry, usage is currently not available. Please try again later. See the Service Updates. Checked Service Updates, nothing about the usage meter. This has been happening since I got NBN installed, about 3 months ago.

Also, nbn connection doesn't show up in the account, just the mailbox.services.PNG
