I was connected to the NBN in Warner 4500 QLD on the 11th of May 2016. It is now the 27th of May, NO HOME LINE, NO INTERNET. Several 2 hour long phone calls and the final answer of - we don't know how long the provisioning will take.
I have had to purchase data from Virgin as their network is active. Luckily I have a different provider for my mobile as I have a child with medical issues. I know that the staff in the call centres are all very polite but this doesn't help if the job is not done correctly.
