So i placed an order to be connected to the NBN on the 7th of this month, which is approaching a month ago now. Then on the 17th i spoke to somebody and it turns out my order had got stuck in the system and that it would be sorted out in the next 24 to 48 hours. A couple of days later i finally got the new modem but still it seems the actual NBN service hasn't been connected and i'm still running on my T-Bundle ADSL2+ service.
Truth be told, i'm getting impatient...i've been waiting for the fantasmajastic NBN since the old Labor Gov announced it, and as if it wasn't bad enough that the Liberals TOTALLY STUFFED IT UP (Thanks for that, btw)....i've been stuck with a laughable 0.6 Mbps connection since i moved into this house. I'm also worried as i've been doing alot of reading around here lately and it seems many, many people have been through hell with their NBN orders and connection.
So i wanted to ask those who are already connected to the NBN...how long did it take for your service change to occur? Did you have any problems? And could somebody from Telstra look into what's going on with my order? i'd greatly appreciate it.
