I have a telstra TG799 modem that has been down since Thursday 19th May 2016. As per your instructions on how to reconnect, I have done the following:
*restarted the modem power
*restarted the modem after removing WAN and Data Line 1, pressed the restart insert on the modem then reconnected.
*restarted both the modem and the NBN unit in the garage and my Wi-fi is still not connecting. i am now unable to utilise this for work. My house mate is unable to use this for study and this has become an unusable service. I also am unable to use Netflix and Foxtel in which I am paying for monthly.
I would appreciate it if I could have a technician come and resolve this immediately.
