I ha ve been lost internet connection since last friday and customer service keeps on telling me that there is an outage due to NBN interuption. and always say that the NBN team will call me back with in 24 hours which they promise me 3 days ago but actually no one called me!
And always saying that might after few hours maybe 24-48 hours the internet would back to normal,what actually happened is nothing can be helpful till now! I really wonder if the outage is just an excuse if someone calls to say there is a disconnection?!
Coz on the community board it says that the nbn has completed restoration!
If anyone knows How can I cancel the contract?
