If it is in relation to the issue that started thurs/friday You can try factory resetting the modem
However do not have the dsl/wan cable plugged into the modem when you do it. Plug the cable back in AFTER you factory reset the device. It is best to wait for the the lights to come back up before plugging the cable back in
