Telstra are currently pushing updates out to all technicolor modems/routers. They recently tried this a week ago and they had a few glitches. Since then they have been working on reupdating the firmware.
Please keep your router on for the next 24hrs as they may be trying to push the update through now. After the 24hrs, if it still doesn't work, it may need one more restart to apply the update changes if it hasn't already restarted itself.
