our NBN connection was disconnected for no reason on the 11 th May. Telstra still had us as a copper network however the telstra technician who came to fix it said it was running through NBN which I had already told them but they wouldnt believe me. We had NBN connected in March and had the best internet and phone service ever. After many phone calls and alot of time spent on my mobile the internet was reconnected last Thursday 20th MAy but not the phone line which is still dead.
Having spoken to my case manager today she said it was due to an outage. I spoke to a NBN technician who then said it was nothing to do with any outage. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours to different case managers and they all tell you something different. Is there anyone in Telstra who actually tells the truth and it would help if they lived in Australia.
