Re: NSW NBN - Unplanned Service Disruption (13/05/2016)

I was promised a phone call back last night for 10:00am Sunday morning  (22nd May 2016) due to an NBN outage still occurring. As the fault was still occurring, I went down to the local Telstra shop to ask for support advice. I was advised that all services had been restored and to contact Customer support. I rang the cusotmer support number and lsitened to music for 1 hour 12 minutes awaiting for an operator to talk to me. 

 

The service is still down and I am also getitng messages asking me to pay to top up the data allowance for the Telstra mobile hotspot. 

 

When will there be a response?

 

will the fault be rectified on Monday?
