We have today spoken to 2 people both say I should be connected however I'm not, as to be treated like a moron that has never heard of the Internet or wifi or email or NBN and try an explain to me what I could be doing wrong is damn not acceptable, we notified you of move of premises, did all the right things and hear "ohh wait network down don't know when it will be resolved"your monopoly should be extinguished, make this an election issue !! What reference would you like the last phone call when suddenly the call centre realize I know more than them and say try again later to see if issue resolved??? Great thank you Telstra
