Hi I was hoping someone may know the answer to my problem, I had the NBN installed late last week and all was fine until the modem was installed today. I now cannot get a dial tone on my home phone to use it at all. I had a message from y case Manager that I need to call him so I am not sure if he needs to activate anything for me to use my own home phone. The internet is all fine and my phone is connected and working but no dial tone so I cannot call out to use it.
Any ideas on if there is aything I can check or do from this end to get my home phone to work?
