The issue is still ongoing. I have tried your support team many many times are to put it plainly they have no idea about NBN. They need to be taught the difference between FTTN and FTTP. Asking me to plug directly into the NTD when I don't have one and telling me plugging the phone line in is not how you connect is just not good enough. I should not be the one having to explain the technology....
I have finally managed to get someone to book an onsite appointment with a tech. Hopefully that will fix the issue.
I do have another house with the same Delayed order issue. No one will hurry that along either, I just keep getting told to wait. This one has been ongoing again since Tuesday 12th April. The NBN is connected (all green lights on the modem) but no Internet. The order number is 1-755552535378.
