Or the Telstra NBN assistance team on 1800 TFIBRE (1800 834 273)

Both team should be able to follow up on the order for you and hopefully get it sorted... You could also try LiveChat if you prefered not to call, however the other two teams are specialised in online orders and or NBN so might be more assistance. https://livechat.telstra.com
