Hey HC2,

That doesn't sound very good.
Did you have any more information,
we might be able to help out in identifying the cause and possible solutions if you are able to provide us with some more detailed information.

Some information which may be helpful to identifying cause would include the internet type, if it is only slow at certain times, if it is an ADSL service if you have tried an isolation test and check the phone service itself to see if it is working right... and even through to some of your modem stats so we can help direct you in the right path.
