I have just joined the NBN...well almost. I have been disconnected of a 17MB ADSL 2+ connection and now have to wait 7 days for an NBN technician to look at my NBN line. This is for them to fix their own problems.
No internet or No Phone for 7 days because something went wrong. After pleading to speed this up or go back to ADSL 2+ I was told it is a system generated appointment and that is it.
Not imprressed as I use to to work from home. This is a big difference to the 4 hours I was told it would take.
What else can I do but wait?
