Hi, Yes don't worry you guys aren't the only ones having this problem it's a ongoing disaster. I have recently requested my NBN fixed wireless to be upgrade for a extra $20 a month and it's now been 24 hours and it's comepletly ruined my internet connect there isn't any data flow and now the only way they seem fix it is by sending a NBN tech to your house or business to fix it.
My Mate @ Telstra said wait at least 48 hours for provisioning process and if the internet doesn't fix itself he will send a out tech people on Monday.
Let me know if they fix this problem soon because it's really annoying me
