I would also like to know the time for provisioning as I have recently had my adsl disconnected and there was no information given that there would be any downtime to my service. I have been given the wait 24 hours speech by my case manager twice and no one else on telstras call service can seem to tell me anything. So I would like to know why it takes so long for the nbn to get provisioned so I can get my service up and running
