I waited 2 stupid hours to get a voice. They have no known time for it being fixed yet. I suggested they have a voice start off with areas affected at the start and then many wouldn't be on their line...

I had no choice but hook up NBN. Was happywith ADSL service. No have no phone, no internet for most of the day and **bleep** Telstramobile signal means tethering costly and pointless. GIVE US AN UPDATE...

My internet is back on. The light on the NBN box is still a frustating non-green. Go figure. My speed is normal as well. So give yours a retry and see if anything works.

Ironic that the script from sales is that prices are higher as we (customers) get a better service on a stable network.. no change in bundle prices in two years, get with the times
