I'd try reinstalling your Ethernet adapter drivers, flushing your dns, and doing a Winsock and ip reset.

It was dropping out completely.  At worst 12 times in half hour.  This week only twice so far.  Speed is hopeless.  Cable was far superior.  We pay the extra for fast speed which is a bit of a have.

Yeah agreed but not anyhting they will own up to unless there is a ground swell of complaints.Some websites come up straight away, others unresponsive.There does not seem to be a pattern to them either.
