I visited my local Telstra store a week ago to switch over to the NBN & was told that the NBNCO & Telstra had different details in their systems for my line so therefor I wouldn't be able to switch over to the NBN as Telstra had to manually submit a form to the NBNCO to update their details they currently have etc....
After leaving the Telstra shop I realised that I have 2 phone services coming into the house on the one line, one being mine & the other is my parents.... Could this be the reason why I can't switch to the NBN?
On another note the Telstra rep instore told me he would get back to me within a couple of days to let me know when the NBN would be switched on etc & still have not received an communication back from him....
Can anyone tell me what's going on here?
