Telstra, nor any other ISP control the rollout of NBN Connections...
NBN Co decide when they are going to roll out and when they are going to activate.... and then people can choose their provider who just plays the middle man.
By you lodged a ticket, do you mean on the phone with a consultant for NBN faults team? Or what do you mean, because the online forms I have seen are not for NBN due to needing to confirm different things for NBN Co.
and generally speaking the moderation team only hide post which are in violation of the community guidelines, I have seen posts who have been scathing attacks on Telstra which have been left and others which have been positive but in violation that have also been hidden.
