I put a post on here 2 nights ago about NBN in Cameron park and moderator "hid" it to hide
the truth about the inability for everyone to know that FTTN is not stable.
1) Us as consumers pay $100's a month for broadband and get dropouts daily in Cameron Park- impossible to use.
2) I logged a ticket Monday after weeks of disconnections (same issue occurred in January). Yet to get update even though i got email saying it.
2) Telstra FTTN at Cameron Park has problems such as my modem updating with other peoples logins
3) Support at Telstra sending me to a so-called FTTN area but all it does is play music - been listening to this
aweful music for over an hour so far. I just can't get help or a return contact.
4) When you ask for a call back, the girl at end "mutes" and says sorry i can't hear you , rings and hangs up straight away to not have to deal with support calls - all i wanted was an update! Less than 2 minutes later i was sitting in same seat and recieved phone call from another area.
5) Leads me to believe that they should stop all FTTN connections and fix our services first.
