Following. I can't connect mine... it keeps telling me that it doesn't have a connection to the internet.... but the same line connected to the Telstra Gateway is connected.
After waiting 3 months for Telstra to connect my NBN service (after the quoted 5 days), I am now outside of my free Netgear premium support period.... Telstra's tech support can't help, apparently I can pay for Telstra platinum.... I would love to get some answers here too....
