I am sorry that there is no time frame available for us to confirm when this outage will be completed and the service restored to normal We do have this raised with the NBN Co directly and get the updates from them accordingly on when the outage is to be completed. At this time there is no ETR that we will be able to confirm, but I can assure you this is being worked on.
