Hi, so recently I've been looking around on the NBN Co website and some website forums. I'm starting to see that some networks are offering 50/20 NBN Fixed wireless speeds.
Here is a Offical Blog Post : http://www.nbnco.com.au/blog/nbn-co-increases-fixed-wireless-download-speeds-for-regional-australians.html
So in the Blog Post it says that NBN will be releasing 50/20 Speeds on the fixed wireless network in Q4 2015. It's now 2016 and I was wondering when Telstra will be offering the speed boost to NBN fixed wireless users.
There are also some odd things happening. I currently run a NBN Fixed wireless system using 25/5 Mpbs. It has recently been around 19mpbs down and 15 upload?? Now I don't know if it being testing in my area. (Mackay, Queensland) or what but I can see that there is something happening to my connection but I'm certainly not complaining because I do happen to upload to YouTube quite a bit.
On the 23rd of Januray the speeds have returned to normal.
If anyone has any information what so ever on the speed boost for the fixed wireless system. It would be greatly appreciated if you could reply to this post.
