Since my connection to the NBN(from ADSL2) mid 2015 up until approx 1 month ago my download speed was 47.41 Mbps & upload was 14.96 Mbps. The download speed now is 23.70 Mbps & Upload is 16.25 Mbps.

Can this problem be corrected
