We were 'connected' to NBN fibre to node on Wed 19/1 but after incatlling modem correctly we have had no Internet connection or service. I've had 2 x 2 hour phone calls with Telstra who advised that NBN Co are trying to ifix it remotely but we have no idea of how long it will take and no way of talking directly to NBN Co. This is ridiculous!! We are now left with no home phone and, more importantly, no Internet service. We rely on it to meet our employment and business demands but now we are screwed until they fix it. How likley is it to be fixed over the weekend???
This is a farce. Why connect us to a service that not's working and leave us without our basic services??
Any ideas?
