Power light is solid green. Optical light is solid green. No other lights on. Plugged the Ethernet cable into the red port on the T-Gateway. Tested all UNI-D ports with multiple cables, this didn't light up any of the UNI-D lights or the WAN light on the T-Gateway. I have turned the T-Gateway off and on for each port. The wireless light on the T-Gateway is always green. The Internet light is always red. When I unplug and plug back in the power cord for the NBN Connection Box the power light comes on as does a UNI-D light (which one, depends on which port is being used) with flashing then solid orange. The WAN light turns green on the T-Gateway but the Internet light stays red. The optical light does not become lit. This lasts for just under a minute. Then the UNI-D light turns solid green and off as the optical light goes back to a solid green and the WAN light turns off.
Is there anything else I could try? If not, I will just have to call the 1800 number. I just want to get this sorted myself.
