Ha - its a joke even if you do have it- didn't even last 10 days (which was 10 days of on/off again) - now nothing.
NBN saying no issue
Telstra saying no issue
Replaced modems
I'd suggest EVERYBODY don't sign up until they go fibre to premises.
YOU lose
1) 24*7 support for home phone we've been out 5 days.
2) Pushing the responsibility to another company who "deny's" issues and constantly closes tickets every two days saying its fixed for area but its not.
3) No way to go back to ADSL2+
4) Fibre to the node is similar speed as ADSL so no advantages there.
5) Get pushed around departments as Telstra are now not held responsible.
6) Extra costs such as mobile phone calls to Telstra, extra modems you have to pay for, your time.
7) Disconnections when you do ring up
7) No ADSL Support except being pushed around the world to people who can't fix it.
NBN = NO BROADBAND NETWORK
