It is possible to place a stability profile on FTTN services, it's basically on or off, it's not like the multiple versions that can be place onto ADSL services. This can't be done by our front-line consultants, the ones you speak to on the phone, it needs to be escalated for this to happen.
If this is all because of a speed issue that you are experiencing I am aware that there are some upgrades to several FTTN services going through over the next week (24/12/15-1/01/16) after which you may notice a difference.
