It was interesting in that I checked two lot numbers in Hudson road (5 apart) one said NBN available but further work needed to be done and the other said NBN not available to this area yet.......sounds a bit crazy heh.

Anyway, I went through this process in my area 18 months ago and it took just on 12 months from start of construction to actual connection.

That date Nov-15 shown above is proposed date for construction commencement so I would think connection is close.

As your area is to be FTTN, have you seen any nodes installed on the footpath in your general area? They are normally location very close to a Telstra pillar.See photos of  node and pillar below.
