Hi Penfalls,

 

If you have the FTTN connection then make sure your modem is the only device connected to any phone socket and connect the base unit of your phone to the green phone port on the modem as this should get dialtone if everything has activated correctly. 

 

If still ahving an issue the NBN technical support team will be able to investigate further on 1800 834 273
