Re: NO phone after NBN conected

Can you confirm which port on the modem that the telephone is connected into? It should connect to the green phone port #1. 

 

If you are still unable to get dial-tone, try leaving the modem turned off for a minute before restarting. Wait 5-10 minutes before testing for dial-tone and call 1800 834 273 if you need further assistance.
