We've just had a new router installed with NBN. Telstra Gateway Pro V7610, firmware V2.2.1.16.
We need some basic outgoing firewall ability and were able to acheive this with the previous model.
This new interface is slightly different. Rather than allowing you to specify IP addresses and ports in the firewall rules you need to make a service defining ports then enter a rule.
Unfortunately you cannot make more than one rule per service.
What I would like to acheive is to block all DNS traffic except to a particular IP address (or two ideally).
All this firewall allows me to do is block all DNS traffic, not very useful.
