I am in Goulburn. Just changed to the NBN. Took them 4 days and 8 phone calls to get it connected. When finally done the line is continually dropping out. There is no ryme or reason for it, various times of day usually only 1 computer connected so modem not overloaded. It comes back on after a minute or 2 but very frustrating.
Phone even dropped out when talking with Telstra customer service. Only had it up for 5 days and regretting it already.
