Re Telstra Comment...
To be fair, most of this forum is not Telstra speaking (their disclaimers state this) and they cannot do much other than refer our concerns. The big issue is that the real support arm of Telstra does not want to deal with us because it's outside their scripts and the actual technical people are shielded by this front unless you want to pay more and get Platinium Support.
I have not heard from my case manager in over a week now.
Telstra used to market itself as a premium service with highly skilled people.
That changed and now they want you to pay for support.
I personal opinion is that they are sitting on the hands waiting for the 8th. If that does not work I am not sure what their next step is.
I know what mine will be.
As regards Bundaberg. It's a great town and well served in most cases. I think you will like Bundy.
It's only 3-4 hours from Brisbane too.
