Looking at that speed there would definitely be a boost added to your service - however the boosts are only 'up to' speeds, rather than guaranteed speeds.

If you aren't happy with the speeds you're receiving you'd need to raise it with the NBN Faults team on 1800 TFIBRE (available 24x7) and they'll work with you to determine if that's the best your service is able to receive.
