Shelly, it dropped out again at 2.56pm Sydney time and I immediately re-botted the modem. The wi-fi, WAN, and Ethernet came up OK on re-boot but NOT the Internet connection. This is definitely the network, not a modem issue and no I am not going to waste my time with the toll-free complaint line number because they don't know crap and ask me to go over everything again from step 1! This is just garbage when I am paying a premium for the highest level NBN! When I raised it with Telstra a week ago they said I need to take it up with NBN. No wonder people get frustrated!!!!!!!
