It's great that upgrades are planned, but I still havent been told when I will be advised the upgrade occured, or by whom. Tech support can tell you an upgrade is scheduled, but cant comit to advising you its gone ahead?
Also, with speeds like below, I cant even watch Telstra TV, which I am on a trial for with my package, what is Telstra's strategy here? show them what they cant use and watch them never pay for it?
Tonights speeds are really, really horrible. Cant strem, cant play an online game. Pretty poor form
