I asked for the 100/40 service when I signed up (I had the 100MBps cable upgrade).

I am going to guess, a cable service addon ? Could be a legacy from the old connection? Could be a randomly added cable upgrade to a FTTP NBN connection (who knows I won't know until next bill)
Anyways, we'll see how my last phone call goes.
