As the stability profile would be added as an escalated fault with the original connection issue, a new escalation would need to be raised to remove as it is not a simple process to add or delete.
You should be able to arrange a fault to be created on 1800 834 273 but if you have for some reason had issues with this then I would suggest Lodging a complaint with Telstra
