The only way to really make sure that it is looked into an increased is to lodge it with NBN assurance on 1800 TFIBRE (1800 834 273) when it is slow, it is those reports that will get the expansion looked at the quickest.
As this is a public forum it will not be as much benefit as just reporting it when the problem is present.
The CVC pricing structure is the single biggest mistake of the nbn... I get it was to guarentee the profitability of the nbn but it does it at the cost of the nbn going ever be of any real value. why both having 1Gbps FTTP when the pricing makes it prohibative for the RSP to even offer constant 100/40....
