 you won't be able to hit 50/20 with your connection, essentially too far line length to the NBN node. The Maximum line rate is pretty much the max you would be able to achieve.

That being said you'll get reasonably close, congestion aside. AFAIK Telstra has not stopped offering speed boosts for FTTN connections
