I have been trying to access the Australian Business Register (ww.abr.gov.au) and I keep receiving the error : "err_too_many_redirects" when using Google Chrome. Similar messages appear when trying with Internet Explorer and Firefox.
I am connected to the internet via the NBN as a Telstra customer.
I lodged an issue with the ATO / ABR who advised that this is a Telstra fault with their NBN connections. They have advised their other clients with Telstra NBN connection points who had this problem to contact Telstra, and, as their clients have not come back to them, they presume that Telstra has supplied the answer. Apparently their clients with ADSL connections via Telstra do not have a problem accessing their site
Just so I am not bombarded with a plethora of questions:
I am using latest version of Win 10 (anniversary) and latest versions of the aforementioned browsers.
I have tried accessing the site using a number of devices: Desktop, laptop, notebook, tablet and smartphone (android) using both wireless and hard network connections.
I have also tried accessing the site using a different wireless network but I think they also had an NBN by Telstra connection as well.
I have forced a re-set of the web page via CTRL-F5 and have also flushed the DNS cache a number of times.
I have also deleted browsing history and cookies on all browsers.
Has anyone out there had similar issue and found a solution?
