I am still on the line and your Telstra technical support told me they are arranging a NBN technician to come to check my modem AGAIN !! (even Telstra technician just checked yesterday, and the NBN technician also checked before)
It's just wasting my time to have another appointment onsite, and I got to be home.
Also the technician were always late.
For example:
FIrst on-site NBN appointment: 8am to 12pm but he came at around 12:20pm
Second Telstra appointment: 10am to 2pm but he came at 2:30pm
I just wanted to log the history for the problem.
