I've done everything there is to do with NBN troubleshooting and the problem still persists. Latency is hardly an issue, I repeat, latency is not the issue. The main issue is the constant dropping in and out of my internet connection. Either the router Telstra has provided me, the Telstra servers, or the wires connected to my router. I mean, what else is there? Please, I'd like to know so this issue can be fixed ASAP.
