The map does show my property entrance as being out of range but where my house is is in the shaded area.
my property is 5 acres in size and the house is right at the southern end which is in the prescribed area but by using the address as the location it is not.How do I get the NBN co. to consider this difference? When I spoke to an NBN representative I was told that they would only use the address rather than the receiver location as their guide. That is quite silly and unfair and not at all logical.
There must be some way of getting them to see logic.
