I go through 4 DNS error messages just trying to load the forums.
I spent 4 hours on the phone today talking about the DNS issue with a Telstra Rep. There is a refusal from them to admit there is a problem affecting a great deal of Cannington/Beckenham users.
The capacity upgrade isn't going to fix this DNS issue either, Telstra at least investigate this problem, give us an update that you understand and can see the issue we are talking about here.
Silence is the worst thing.
