Sadly I can't supply information why it takes so long to re-establish a valid connections after power outages, I will add, might it be a valid path to enquire about a battery backup or if one is installed why it's not taking the weight when the power is out?
Hopefully with something in place it may stop or at least reduce the amount of times it looses sync?
